The minimum size is 9 m². Smaller areas will only be rented if such arise during the planning process! The maximum size is 20 m². Larger spaces will only be rented out if they arise during the planning phase! Placement requests can only be taken into account as far as possible and are not a condition for participation. The maximum floor loading capacity of 50 kg/m² may not be exceeded in the entire CongressCentrum Pforzheim.

Standard equipment:
All stands are based on a grid of 3.0 x 3.0 m for the smallest stand unit and are uniformly equipped: White walls and fascia, grey carpet, sufficient basic lighting (2 spotlights per unit 3.0 x 3.0 m). Please note the order forms for supply connections, rental furniture, etc.

Attention

A marketing fee of 950.– € is to be paid for the trade fair participation 2024.

All prices are subject to the statutory value added tax.

You can order technical services and advertising materials via the online ordering system (OBS) after receiving your access code.
